1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided they have not yet been shipped.

  • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled
  • To cancel your order, please contact us at help.blissinsound@gmail.com with your order ID

2. Returns & Refunds

Eligibility for Return

Only unused, unopened products in their original packaging are eligible for return
Used or opened earbuds cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons

Return Window

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos
A replacement or full refund will be provided after verification

3. Multiple Returns Policy

If multiple returns are initiated from the same account, BlissinSound reserves the right to:

  • Charge a return handling fee for future returns, or
  • Reject return requests if misuse is detected

4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable
  • For prepaid orders, the refund will reflect depending on your bank/payment provider

5. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:

  • Product is used, opened, or not in original condition
  • Return request initiated after the 7-day window
  • Product damaged due to customer misuse
